Everyone is Welcome
We strive to keep every exhibit and area accessible to wheelchair and stroller users, and we strive to make all visitors, volunteers, and staff feel like they are welcomed and accepted, because they are. We work to address barriers to inclusion through business practices and partnerships with the community.
All areas are wheelchair and stroller accessible, and we provide wheelchairs and strollers in the main lobby for free with the price of admission. Specialized wheelchair and strollers are allowed on the property if you call (513)123-4567 ahead of your visit here at The Conservatory.
Service Animals
Service animals trained for a disability can come to The Conservatory. They are entitled to a free HBC authorization pin for the vest of the dog. This pin lets everyone know how cool your service animal is. Please leave untrained pets who are not service animals at home.
Strollers and Wheelchairs
We always welcome the use of wheelchairs for those who need them, strollers for children as well as special strollers for special visitors. We have ODA Approved ramps for accessibility into and out of all areas of The Conservatory.
Accommodations
If you need someone to interpret your language into English, or any other accommodations, please call (513)123-4567. Please call 2 days in advance to any scheduled event or class so we can get ready for it.
